Version 2026-11. By creating an account you accept these terms. The accepted version and its date are recorded.

1. Purpose

gitpushf.uk provides tools, documentation and a community space about Git. Pages and tools are free to access. Community features (posting, reporting) require an account.

2. Account

• Sign-up and sign-in are done only through Discord. No password is created on gitpushf.uk.
• You must meet the minimum age required to use Discord in your country.
• You are responsible for activity carried out from your Discord account.
• You can delete your account at any time from the “My account” page.

3. User content

• You keep ownership of your content. You grant the publisher a free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display it on the site for as long as it is published.
• Confessions are published anonymously after moderation. Do not include names, companies, personal data or secrets (keys, passwords).
• You agree to follow the community guidelines and the law.

4. Moderation

The publisher may refuse or remove content, or suspend an account that breaches these terms, according to the moderation policy. Every decision is explained and can be appealed.

5. Liability

Commands and procedures are provided for information only, without warranty. You run them at your own risk (see the disclaimer). The site is provided “as is” and may be interrupted at any time.

6. Changes

For any significant change, a new version will be shown at your next sign-in and must be accepted to keep using community features.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. An amicable solution will be sought before any action; failing that, French courts have jurisdiction.
